For advisory services in real estate : 
*advise and review of ultimate goal
*advise and review of business plan 
*credit and lending analysis with next steps

* life or business sessions are different than the list above

Typically is about 4  sessions and our fee is $200-$700  per package of  sessions which will be determined after our first 15 min complimentary intro conversation .  ( Typically min $50 an hour consulting fee)

If you are going to find and purchase real estate- 
Our services include: 
* Assistance in finding the property, analyzing it's potential, and negotiations through our realtor partners ( realtor gets compensated by the seller typically and/ or up to 1% of the sale price from buyer depends on property) 
* Loan placement- fee starts at 1/2%-  2% borrower paid  with an application retainer of $500.00 . Once the Letter of Intent aka LOI is accepted, borrower will have to submit payment for appraisal, 3rd party fees, and due diligence cost.
